Palin as attack dog
So it’s come to this…the Republicans have nothing to say about the serious issues facing America so they create baseless and useless conflicts in the media over lipstick!. John McCain himself used the analogy with Hillary Clinton and no one raised a fuss. I guess the old adage about there being “No bad media coverage” is being utilized to the fullest by McCain/Palin.
If John McCain is such a war hero, then why is he hiding behind the skirt of Palin? It just goes to show that simply being a prisoner of war or a decorated veteran doesn’t make you fit to lead a country. McCain/Palin offer nothing new for America. John McCain wants to keep us on the Bush road to poverty and Sarah Palin wants us to go back to the stone ages of religion that treat women as chattel. John McCain and Sarah Palin are the farthest thing from reformers. It funny how the past 8 years McCain has been the dutiful Republican but now will denounce everything he stood and voted for during the Bush presidency…talk about a flip flopper! He will say anything to get elected.

McCain/Palin are engaging in Rovein tactics, she includes in her speeches how she declined the earmark for the bridge to nowhere when the truth is, she supported it until is became an albatross around her neck then suddenly she was against it. Yet she still kept the money that was allocated for it. Sounds like a typical “say it often enough and it becomes the truth” Republican tactic. What’s unusual is that it’s normally the talking heads in the media that engage in these tactics, not the nominee themselves. How stupid do the Republicans think American are?
I would like to add how come Palin can use the lipstick analogy and Obama can’t. Again this sounds like a double standard offered by the Grand Old Party.
Ok the Hockey Mom thing was at best cute, but the back handed way that the Republicans are attacking Obama for the lipstick on a pig metaphor has nothoing to do with Palin and every thing to do with Mccain Bullshit
